Thinkin' of You

More NEW Spring 2007 A Muse images!

This card features new images Chair Line (7-7117D) and Thinkin' of You (9-8414B). It also uses the new Cottage Green Argyle Band Notecard (N701-AGBA).

TGIF tomorrow! We're supposed to get tons of snow here, so I think we'll be spending the weekend indoors. :)

Tickled Pink!

This is a double duty post!

First, a card made with new Spring 2007 images just released by A Muse. It features Doggie Bag (2-6092C), Polka Dot Frame (7-5055G), and Tickled Pink MA (8-8397B).

Second, a bit of personal news that I am tickled pink to share with you ...

WE'RE ENGAGED!

(old picture, but one of my faves)

Geoff and I went to a concert last Monday night - one of our favorite bands - Papa Roach. He proposed right before they came onstage! I was shocked - totally not expecting it. This May will mark 4 years since we first met, and I can't imagine my life without him. He is loving, supportive, thoughtful, and ... handsome as you can see! ;)

Thanks for letting me share my happy news - we're all very excited!

Valentine Fun

Pictures! (click on them to enlarge, if you wish)

Aren't these little notebooks cute?

I found them in the $1 bins at Michael's. I decorated one for my mom as a little Valentine giftie.

Here are the fun things I found that inspired Lily's school valentine from me and Geoff.

The result - she loved it!

Lily - hard at work on her classroom valentines. She used A Muse Mini Cards (MC602), Purrr-fect Clear Set (CSTVA1), and Dino Clear Set (CSTVA2).

Aaaaand, if you want to see pictures of the mini book I made for Geoff, check it out at 2peas.

Blog Giveaway Do-Over

I haven't yet heard from one of the winners of my first blog giveaway.

So ... do over!

I did another random drawing, and the new winner of the Autumn Leaves acrylic FLOWERS stamp just happens to be one of my favorite 'students' - KAREN!

Anyone?

The fabulous Donna Downey is coming to a store near me! Seriously, how cool!

The sad thing is, I have no one to be excited with me. I really wish I had local friends who were into the crafty things. Or at least friends that would be willing to pay $50 to take a class with Donna. :)

Who wants to come to Minnesota and take a class with me? I'm interested in the clock, remember, or blossom class.

I also want to buy this shirt to wear to a class.

Come on ... *puppy dog eyes* ... who's with me? :)

How stinkin' cute is this little chicky-poo? Oh my. And I love using that flower punch - so cute.

The phrase I used here is not new, but I love it. It works well for girly cards too - think purses and shoes!

AND ... thanks to the 6 fabulous ladies that took my Groovy Valentines class tonight. Fun times! See you again soon.
